Terms & conditions

By booking and staying at our property, guests agree to abide by all terms outlined here. The property is to be used solely for short-term vacation rental purposes and may not be sublet or used for events, parties, or commercial activities. Guests must comply with all applicable laws and local ordinances of South Lake Tahoe, including but not limited to noise restrictions, parking regulations, trash disposal rules, and occupancy limits. The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and remain on-site for the duration of the stay. A valid government-issued ID and signed rental agreement may be required at check-in. Guests are financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential forfeiture of the security deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
